Scripps Laboratories has made available the recipes for the buffers we use to dilute, preserve, and protect our purified and valuable proteins.

Phosphate Buffer Formulations
10 mM Sodium Phosphate, 150 mM Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2
10 mM Potassium Phosphate, 100 mM Sodium Chloride, pH 7.6
Tris Buffer Formulations
10 mM Tris, pH 8.0
10 mM Tris, 150 mM Sodium Chloride, pH 8.0
20 mM Tris, 1 mM EDTA, 50% Glycerol, pH 8.5
20 mM Tris, 150 mM Sodium Chloride, pH 7.4
