Glycosylated Whole Molecule
Comparable to Native hLH
No Affinity Tags
Expressed in Mammalian Cells
The Recombinant Protein Development Team at Scripps Laboratories is proud to announce the release of another high-quality pituitary hormone: Recombinant Human Luteinizing Hormone (hLH). It is a glycosylated, whole molecule form of hLH and it is produced in a mammalian cell culture system, without the use of affinity tags. Activity is determined by immunoassay on a high-throughput, clinical analyzer and each lot is ≥95% pure by SDS-PAGE.
Scripps Laboratories is known for purifying the highest quality, best performing, and most stable pituitary hormones available worldwide. Our scientists’ expertise has carefully guided the engineering and production of our new, recombinant pituitary hormones and the results are evident in their performance. Our Recombinant hLH has been assayed on multiple clinical analyzers and it exhibits a specific activity that is comparable to that of native hLH.* In addition, Recombinant hLH is produced in cell culture, so no other pituitary hormones are present in the starting material. This results in a highly-purified final product that is free from contaminating levels of Follicle Stimulating Hormone, Growth Hormone, Prolactin, and Thyroid Stimulating Hormone.
We are currently producing large, bulk lots of Recombinant hLH, assuring you a steady supply and consistent performance. We are here to answer your technical questions and provide optimal Customer Service support and solutions. Let us help make your life easier by being a reliable supplier who will work with you to ensure all our products perform as expected and planned in your laboratory.
