This preparation of Myoglobin is isolated from human cardiac muscle and is provided as a liquid in 20 mM Tris, 1 mM EDTA, 50% Glycerol, pH 8.5. Purity is >95% by SDS-PAGE. Protein content is determined using the Lowry Protein Assay (BSA standard).
