Myoglobin Dilution Buffer is a ready-to-use product intended for the dilution of purified human Myoglobin (cat. # M0724 and M0725). After diluting, the protein should be stored between -10°C and -25°C in aliquots for maximum stability, avoiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles. Although the buffer has been filtered (0.45μm) prior to bottling in nonpyrogenic and noncytotoxic media bottles, it is not packaged and tested for sterility. The dilution buffer should be re-filtered for use in sterile applications. |
