This preparation of Human Luteinizing Hormone (hLH) is isolated from pituitary glands and is provided as a powder, lyophilized from ammonium bicarbonate. Protein content is determined using the Lowry Protein Assay (BSA standard).
Reconstitution: Conditions of reconstitution may vary based on your system, but we recommend using the following buffer: 10 mM Sodium Phosphate, 150 mM Sodium Chloride, 1 mg/ml BSA, 0.1% Sodium Azide (optional), pH 7.4. A detailed description of our recommended reconstitution protocol is offered here.
NOTE: To assure product integrity, we recommend using a recently calibrated pH meter to assure accurate pH determination.
