hCG & hGH Dilution Buffer is a ready-to-use product intended for the reconstitution and dilution of lyophilized human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG, cat. # C0711, C0713, and C0714) and human Growth Hormone (hGH, cat. # G0714 and G0715). After diluting, the hormones should be stored frozen for maximum stability, avoiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles. Although a preservative has been added and the material has been filtered (0.45μm) prior to bottling in nonpyrogenic and noncytotoxic media bottles, it is not packaged and tested for sterility. The dilution buffer should be re-filtered for use in sterile applications. |
