This stabilizing solution is a 10X concentrate designed for the reconstitution of lyophilized HRP conjugates and should be diluted 10-fold before use. Conjugates prepared in this manner may retain peroxidase activity for up to 2 years when stored at 2°C to 8°C. This preparation is a yellow to brown, phosphate buffered solution, containing 0.1% Thimerosal and other proprietary ingredients.
