This preparation of Creatine Kinase MB (CK-MB) is purified from human cardiac muscle and is supplied as a liquid in 5 mM Sodium Succinate, 10 mM Sodium Chloride, 1 mM EDTA, 5 mM b-Mercaptoethanol, 50% Glycerol, pH 7.0. Purity is ≥99% CK-MB activity when stained for all creatine kinase activity (including CK-BB and CK-MM).
