CEA & PSA Dilution Buffer is a ready-to-use product intended for the dilution of purified CEA (cat. # C0223 and C0224), PSA (cat. # P0723, P0724, P0725, and P0715), and the non-complexing form of PSA (cat. # P5125). After diluting, the hormones should be stored frozen for maximum stability, avoiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles. Although a preservative has been added and the material has been filtered (0.2μm) prior to bottling in nonpyrogenic and noncytotoxic media bottles, it is not packaged and tested for sterility. The dilution buffer should be re-filtered for use in sterile applications. |
