AFP Dilution Buffer is a ready-to-use product intended for the dilution of human α-Fetoprotein (cat. # A0723 and A0724). After diluting, the protein should be stored frozen in aliquots for maximum stability, avoiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles. Although a preservative has been added to this product and the material has been filtered (0.2μm) prior to bottling in nonpyrogenic and noncytotoxic media bottles, it is not packaged and tested for sterility. The dilution buffer should be re-filtered for use in sterile applications. |
