Activity Specification		Report inhibitory activity (units/mg AAT). One unit of AAT will inhibit one unit of bovine trypsin at 25°C in 5 minutes at pH 8.0, where one unit of bovine trypsin will hydrolyze 1 μmole of N-a-Benzoyl-DL-Arginine-pNA (BAPNA) per minute at 25°C, pH 8.0.
Storage / Shipping		Product is shipped using a refrigerated gel pack or dry ice (not temperature monitored). On arrival, store refrigerated at 2°C to 8°C short term (up to 2 weeks) or frozen below -15°C. After reconstituting, store frozen in small aliquots. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Precaution / Hazard Statement		Tested and found negative for HIV 1 & 2, Hepatitis B, and Hepatitis C. Although source materials have been tested for certain diseases, no test can absolutely assure the absence of all infectious agents.
