This preparation of Human Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (hTSH) is isolated from pituitary glands and is purified by immunoaffinity chromatography. It is provided as a powder, lyophilized from ammonium bicarbonate, and protein content is determined using the Lowry Protein Assay (BSA standard).
