PRICING
All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Quotations are valid for 30 days.
SHIPMENT PROCEDURES
Domestic orders are usually shipped overnight via FedEx, unless otherwise requested. International shipments are shipped as specified by the customer. A packaging fee is charged for all shipments to cover the materials needed to transport temperature-sensitive products.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
Preshipment Evaluation
Due to the nature of these products, it is our company policy that, for bulk purchases, customers evaluate samples of the lot they wish to purchase prior to shipment of the quantity ordered.
Terms of Payment
Domestic orders are Net 30 days from the date of invoice.
International terms are determined at the time of sale.
Return Policy
No items are returnable without prior authorization from Scripps Laboratories, Inc. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Minimum Order
The minimum order value is $50.
Standing Orders
Scripps Laboratories, Inc. will schedule predetermined shipments on any given product. This service eliminates the burden of placing frequent, repeat orders and assures timely delivery of a frequently needed product. Standing order prices are available upon request.
Alteration Right
Scripps Laboratories, Inc. reserves the right to change product specifications (e.g., buffer systems) as deemed necessary to maximize product quality.
Custom Projects
Custom projects are considered upon request.
Warranty
Scripps Laboratories, Inc. warrants, to the original Buyer only, that every attempt has been made for the products offered for sale to conform to the composition and purity described therein at the time of product shipment. The Buyer's sole remedy for failure to meet this warrant shall be replacement of the unused portion of the product or, at the Seller's option, refund of the purchase price. Note, however, that Buyer must return the product claimed to be non-conforming within 30 days of receipt of the product. Scripps Laboratories, Inc. makes no warranty, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of merchantability. In no cases shall Scripps Laboratories, Inc. assume any responsibility for the use or handling of the product or any liability for consequential, special, indirect, or incidental damages resulting therefrom.
