This preparation of Human Growth Hormone (hGH) is isolated from pituitary glands and is provided as a powder, lyophilized from ammonium bicarbonate. Protein content is determined using the Bradford Method (BSA standard) prior to lyophilization.
Reconstitution: Conditions of reconstitution may vary based on your system, but we recommend using the following buffer: 10 mM TRIS, 1 mg/ml BSA, 0.05% Sodium Azide (optional), pH 8.0. A detailed description of our recommended reconstitution protocol is offered here.
NOTE: To assure product integrity, we recommend using a recently calibrated pH meter to assure accurate pH determination.
